This video is narrated by author Shane Claiborne, who I have been reading the last couple of months. I have been greatly challenged by his writings, and convicted by the Holy Spirit to not just be aware of the poor around me, but to do something about it. Jesus didn't visit the poor and then go home to his ritzy house in a gated community. He spent much of his time with them, treating them like people who were special and important. People who were created. I hope this inspires and grabs you the way it did me.
